This spring, Birchtree’s students with autism enjoyed Adapted PE classes offered by graduate scholars from the University of New Hampshire Kinesiology Department’s Adapted Physical Education program. We’re thankful to these interns for their incredible work here!
We’re also grateful to the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism for helping make this programming possible. A generous Autism Community Impact Grant from the foundation is helping fund equipment, access fees, and intern support – so that our students can enjoy physical activity at school and in our community in 2025.
