It’s easy to think of nominating staff who have a strong presence, who are a little bit more extraverted, who seem to fill the room they are in. But what about the quiet ones, the ones who come to work with a smile and the best attitude? What about the staff who create a calm and soothing environment for the students they work with? How about the staff who ask the great questions, who are open to working with different age groups, and are a pleasure to work with?
