🌟 Birchtree’s September Employee of the Month is Nicolle! 
 
Nicolle’s years of special education experience shine every single day! She follows each of her students’ programs and protocols with care, mixing work with playfulness, and always asks the right questions to provide our students with the best support. Not only is she incredible with students, but she’s an amazing teammate who lifts up everyone around her. We’re so grateful to have her!
