Birchtree’s behavior experts travel 100,000+ miles per year, serving individuals with autism, ADHD, behavior challenges, and other diverse abilities. We help individuals ages three and up to succeed in their local public schools, at home, and in their communities.

Service Area
Consultation and services by Birchtree’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBAs®) are offered throughout New England. In-person direct services by Clinical Instructors and Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®) are typically offered in southern New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts.

Available Outreach Services
Behavior Consultation & ABA Therapy Services for Schools & Agencies
Some school districts and agencies choose to partner with Birchtree’s experts to promote students’ educational and behavioral progress. Birchtree’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide consultation, assessments, staff training, staff supervision, and program evaluations. This includes autism services as well as services to benefit students with other disabilities, school avoidance, trauma history, and more.
To help implement students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), some districts also bring in Birchtree’s Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Clinical Instructors to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services in classroom or home settings.
Behavior Consultation for Families
For individuals ages three and up, Birchtree’s experts help increase clients’ well-being and productivity at home, at work, and in their communities. Birchtree’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide training and guidance to individuals, family members, and caregivers.
Coaching & Consultation for Adults
For adults with autism and other disabilities, occasional coaching and consultation by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can be beneficial. BCBAs can help adults develop strategies to increase their well-being and productivity at home, at work, and in the community.
Training & Workshops for School & Agency Staff
Birchtree’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other specialists offer professional development workshops and training on topics including autism, behavior reduction, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and more.
Community Education & Training
Birchtree teams up with local organizations to offer online and in-person workshops and training open to the public. If you’d like to have a Birchtree expert provide training for your school or organization, please contact our Outreach Team.
Fees for Outreach Consultation & Services
Outreach consultation and services are available for an hourly fee; rates vary depending on the service provided. Travel fees may also apply.

Who Pays for Outreach Consultation & Services?
Birchtree’s Outreach Team contracts with school districts, developmental service agencies, individuals, and families.
School districts and service agencies wishing to partner with Birchtree’s behavior experts typically pay Birchtree directly for consultation and services.
Individuals and families pay Birchtree directly for consultation. Birchtree does not bill health insurance companies for consultation, therapy, or services.
