“Caroline has been an amazing addition to Birchtree. She is positive, driven, and so thoughtful with the students and staff. She matches the energy of each of her students, noticing what they need and meeting them where they are at. She has thought of unique ways to support her students by creating reinforcers, such as creating a toy out of shoelaces and spicing up token boards with gem tokens. She is always thinking of ways to make Birchtree a better place for the students . . . Thank you, Caroline, for all of your hard work and for always having a calming, supportive demeanor . . .”
