Driving Directions
From the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16)
- Take Exit 1 for Gosling Road.
- Turn onto Gosling Road towards the malls.
- Go 0.5 miles, then turn RIGHT onto Woodbury Avenue.
- Go 0.4 miles, then turn LEFT onto Commerce Way at the second stoplight.
- Go 0.4 miles, then turn LEFT into the parking lot immediately after passing the Novocure building on your left.
- Birchtree’s Visitor Entrance is next to the playground.
From I-95
- Take Exit 7 for Market Street.
- Turn onto Market Street, heading AWAY from Downtown Portsmouth.
- Go 0.6 miles, then turn RIGHT onto Portsmouth Boulevard.
- Go 0.2 miles, then turn LEFT onto Commerce Way.
- Turn RIGHT into the second driveway on your right into the parking lot.
- Birchtree’s Visitor Entrance is next to the playground.
